CEOMaan Rafeh serves as the CEO of IIC Kuwait, IIC Lebanon, and MWIB Jordan, while also holding the position of Chairman at NIB Egypt within the group. With 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, Maan began his career in 1993 with M/s. Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company in Kuwait, where he played a key role in managing and servicing major clients.
In 1999, Maan founded IIC Kuwait (INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE CONSULTANTS), actively contributing to its growth in Kuwait and across the GCC countries.
From 2003 to 2007, Maan served as the sole consultant for MAK contracting, a major GCC contractor, overseeing group insurances globally. In 2013, IIC, under Maan's leadership, became Aon's exclusive correspondent office in Lebanon and Kuwait. In 2016, they achieved the same status in Jordan under IIC's sister company, MWIB (AL MADA AL WASEH INSURANCE BROKERAGE COMPANY).
Expanding its services, the IIC group established a representative office in Egypt named NIB (National Insurance Broker) in 2018.
