- Developing Financial strategies related to all IIC Branches.
- Developing Financial & Accounting processes and procedures.
- Developing feasibility studies for new investments.
- Analyzing monthly Financial reports related to all IIC Branches.
- Implementing a program for internal audit.
- Following up with Third Parties – Bank, auditors, lawyers, shareholders.
- Preparing & managing Cash Flows.
- Founding guidelines for the utilization of Capital funds.
- Forecasting funds availability.
- Providing the Management Team with Financial advice.
- Identifying weaknesses and coming up with explanations regarding large discrepancies between the actual and budgeted figures.
- Preparing, reviewing and controlling NSSF and tax declarations.
- Reviewing all expenditures and allocating them to their appropriate cost centers.
- Controlling and reconciling Insurance Companies and Inter-Companies accounts.
- Preparing receivables & following up collection operations.
- Reviewing and approving all monthly reconciliations and journal vouchers.
